Proving a negative
April 6 has come and gone with no report of bombs on Tehran. A Russian journalist with (reportedly) strong ties to the Kremlin, had written that the U.S. had definite plans to bomb Iran on that date.
Was the Russian journalist wrong, or did that report shift thinking in Washington?
Like the millenialists who predict Armaggedon for some particular date and, when it proves uneventful, claim that faith and fervent prayer have delayed judgment, proof is difficult.
We’ll see, one supposes.
Meanwhile, here are some images from Iran that put a bit of perspective on the “evil” enemy Bush wants to invade next.
