McCain’s health plan will REDUCE the number of insured Americans

A study coming out today from scholars at Columbia, Harvard, Purdue and Michigan projects that 20 million Americans who have employment-based health insurance would lose it under the McCain plan. He wants to force people out of employer-based plans and tax any contribution made by employers to employee health insurance.

That’s right. If you are lucky enough to work for an employer who currently pays all or part of your health insurance, you will be taxed on that amount.

Well, he promised change. But I notice he hasn’t gone so far as to promise change anyone could believe in. I know I don’t.
